You can stay up-to-date on how your business is progressing by subscribing to daily or weekly email updates.
The daily summary gives you insight into important day-to-day data like outstanding payment requests and reviews that need to be responded to. You’ll also get a leaderboard that shows the 3 locations that are either top-performers or need attention.
The weekly summary is great for anyone who wants a high-level view of everything that happened in the past week. You can see the number of reviews you’ve received, where they came from, and your average weekly rating. You can also view feedback scores, broken out by rating, and the number of inbound leads you captured.
To subscribe to report emails:
- In the top-right corner, click your profile image or initials. Then select Notification Preferences.
- Select whether you’d like to receive a summary of the previous day, week, or both.
