Connecting Messages for Business to Podium

  1. Sign in to Podium.
  2. In the same browser, sign in to Apple Messages for Business using your business Apple ID.
  3. In Apple Messages for Business, click Messages for Business Accounts.
  4. Select your brand.
  5. Go to the Messaging Service Provider section and click Test your Messaging Service Provider connection.
  6. Click Connect.
  7. Select the location that you’ll be using for testing and click Connect Location.
  8. Return to Apple Messages for Business and click Podium confirmed your account is connected.
  9. Click the checkbox to confirm you’ve received the message and click Done.
  10. Click Finish Testing.
  11. Click the checkbox and click Next.
