Adding a Note to a Conversation

If necessary, you can add a private note to a conversation. Notes help keep everyone up-to-date and are only visible to other Podium users with access to the conversation.

To add a note:

  1. Go to the Inbox.
  2. Select the customer conversation you want to add a note to.
  3. In the top-right corner, click the More options menu and select Notes.
  4. Enter any relevant details other users might need, and click Add Note. The note will appear in-line in the conversation.
