Turning On/Off Opt-Ins

Podium can auto-populate a list of customers who have opted in to receiving promotional messages from your business. When a customer interacts with you through Reviews and Payments (within the Podium Platform), they’ll see an opt-in message like this.

Before the list can be created, you need to turn on this feature. You can also turn it off at any time.

Attention: Anyone who contacts you via Webchat will automatically be added as a subscriber.

To turn on/off opt-in subscriber lists:

  1. Click Campaigns.

Assigning Messages to an Inbox

Once your campaign has been sent, those messages will appear in your default (general) inbox. If necessary, you can change the inbox that campaign messages are assigned to.

To assign campaign messages to an inbox:

  1. Click Campaigns.

  3. Select an existing inbox or create a new one.
