Measuring a Campaign’s Effectiveness

Analyzing the results of your campaign will help you understand how well it worked and can give you insights into your customers behavior. Using this data you may be able to create even more effective campaigns in the future.

Pre-built dashboards can give you a snapshot of these data points for each campaign: 

  • Click rate. The percentage of subscribers who clicked the link included in your message.
  • Response rate. The percentage of subscribers who responded to your offer.
  • Unsubscribe rate. The number of subscribers who opted out of promotional messages after receiving this campaign. You’ll want to watch this number carefully because campaigns that have higher than a 3% unsubscribe rate can put your phone number at risk of being blocked by phone carriers.



You can also see whether the campaign was delivered to each phone number so you can make sure your messages are reaching the right people, and you can remove those subscribers whose number didn’t work.

To view a campaign’s report:

  1. Click Campaigns.
  2. Find the campaign you want and click View report.Camp2.jpg 
  3. At the top of the report you can see who created the campaign and the date it was sent. Select "Clicks," Responses or Unsubscribesfrom the drop-down menu to view daily activity for each metric.Camp3.jpg
