If you have access to Pro features, you can set up Webchat to automatically answer frequently asked questions about prices, products, or policies. You can add questions manually, or, if you have many questions, you can import a CSV file. When a website visitor texts a question through the Webchat widget, artificial intelligence analyzes your FAQs to find the closest match and immediately sends a response.
To set up automated FAQs:
- Click the settings (gear) icon and select Webchat.
- Click the widget you want to change.
- Click Automated Answers.
- Turn on FAQ.
- Enter a question and its answer in the appropriate fields.
- To add an additional question, click Add another FAQ. (You can also click Upload a CSV if you have a spreadsheet of multiple questions.)
- Click Save.
