Before you can install the Webchat widget on your website, you’ll need to name it. If you have multiple Webchat widgets, you can name each one according to the website it will be installed on or by business location (New York Branch, Rochester Branch, etc).
- Click the settings (gear) icon and select Webchat.
- Click the widget you want to change.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the widget’s name; then enter a name and click Save changes.
