Installing Webchat on Google Tag Manager

After you’ve signed into your Google Tag Manager Account, you’ll need to install the Webchat code in Google Tag Manager before it will appear on your website.

To install Webchat in Google Tag Manager:

1. If you haven’t already, copy the Webchat code to a clipboard.
2. In Google Tag Manager, click Tags.
   
3. Click New.
   
4. Click Tag Configuration.
   
5. Select Custom HTML.
   
6. Paste the Webchat code.
   
7. Name the tag Podium Webchat.
   
8. Click Triggering.
   
9. Select All Pages.
   
10. Click Add.
    
11. Click Save.
    
12. Click Submit.
    
    
13. Add a version name and description.
    
    
14. Click Publish.
