If your business has multiple locations, it’s important that questions coming through Webchat are routed to the correct team. Once you add your locations, Webchat will be able to automatically detect the location that is closest to the visitor, based on their IP address. The user will also be able to search for a location by name, street address, city, state, or postal code and manually select any of your locations.
To add locations to the widget:
- Click the settings (gear) icon and select Webchat.
- Click the widget you want to change.
- Click Location Picker.
- Select the checkboxes for each location you want users to see in your widget.
- Click Save.
