You can avoid missed calls by using call forwarding to redirect your customers’ calls to your Podium phone number. This removes the potential hassle of one extra step for your customers when they’re trying to contact your business. Be aware that calls can’t be forwarded to multiple phone numbers, only the Podium number linked to a specific location.
