The easiest and fastest way to install Webchat is to get in touch with your dedicated Dealer.com representative and email them your unique Podium code.
If you don’t know your rep or can’t contact them, call their support team at 1-888-895-2994 or follow the instructions below to submit a formal support request.
- Go to Dealer.com’s third-party support form.
- Provide contact information for you and your Podium point of contact. (If you don’t know who your point of contact is at Podium, contact Podium Support by logging into your Podium Account and initiating a live chat.)
- Select 3rd Party Integration for Type of Request.
- Enter Podium Webchat in the Subject/Product Name field.
- In the Message field, paste your unique Podium code and type “I would like to add this custom script to my website.”
- Click Submit.
