Tagging a Person in Feedback

Tagging, or associating, customer feedback to a specific team member can be a great way to incentivize your team to make customer satisfaction a priority. It can also help you see how each employee is doing (to learn more, read “Leaderboards.”)

Team members can be tagged in two ways: when they send a feedback invitation or you can manually add a tag. 

Best Practice: If you have team members with the same first name, you can ask customers to mention employees by their first and last names.

To manually tag a person:

  1. Go to Feedback and find the item you want to tag.
  2. Click the tag icon.Feedback_-_Tag_-_Cropped.png
  3. Select a team member, or enter a name to search for a specific person. The tag immediately appears on the feedback.Feedback_-_Tag_-_Cropped_-_name.png
