Update Your Bank Account Information in Podium

If you need to change which bank account is connected to your Payments account, follow the below steps. 

Note: Only users with the Manage Payment Settings permissions can make this change. For additional assistance, please contact the Support team.

  1. Log in to your Podium account and click Payments.

  2. In the bottom left corner of your screen, click the Payment Settings icon.

  3. Click Payment Accounts, then select the account you'd like to update.

  4. Under Account Preferences, review the Bank Deposits information and click Update.

  5. In the pop-up window, complete the Verify your account fields and click Continue.

    • Note: If the verification does not go through, try re-entering the information.

  6. Once verified, complete the Update bank account fields:

    • Routing Number

    • Account Number

    • Confirm Account Number

  7. Click Update bank account.

    • Note: If successful, you will receive a "Bank account updated" message.

  8. To close the pop-up window and return to Account Preferences, click OK
